Installation
Learn how to install QuotaMew on macOS.
Requirements
Before installing QuotaMew, make sure your Mac meets the following requirements.
- macOS 14 or later
Distribution and signing
QuotaMew v0.2.0 · Stable. Apple Development signed; not Developer ID signed; codesign verified; not notarized; no stapled ticket.
Because of this, macOS may display a security warning when you open QuotaMew for the first time.
Install QuotaMew
Download QuotaMew
Download QuotaMew-v0.2.0.dmg from the QuotaMew v0.2.0 GitHub Release or the official download page.
Open the disk image
Open the downloaded .dmg file.
A Finder window containing QuotaMew and an Applications shortcut will appear.
Move QuotaMew to Applications
Drag QuotaMew into the Applications folder.
Open QuotaMew
Open QuotaMew from your Applications folder.
macOS may display a security warning on first launch; follow the First Launch guide if it does.
Prepare your provider
QuotaMew does not install or sign in to Codex. Check Providers for compatible local runtimes and account prerequisites.
